Under normal circumstances, we will try to ensure that your order is delivered to the recipient’s address you provide. Unfortunately, things do not always go to plan and factors, such as traffic conditions and weather, may occasionally prevent us from achieving our targets in this regard. However, there are also times when this is not possible due to problems with the address information that our customers provide or due to problems our drivers encounter when attempting to deliver the order.

As we appreciate that receiving flowers is often time-critical, if we are unable to deliver your order to the recipient’s address, we will attempt to leave it in a secure place on the recipient’s property. If the recipient cannot be reached, the flowers will be re-delivered back to our shop and a re-delivery fee will be charged to the sender.

If the recipient cannot be reached within 10 minutes of the courier’s arrival, the flowers will be re-delivered back to our shop and a re-delivery fee will be charged to the sender.

Unfortunately, at the moment we do not offer delivery to Lantau or Outlying Island at this moment.
