Definitely! We will send you an updated order summary on each delivery day for you to keep track or change your order. Subscription delivery services will be paused during peak season campaigns. Any changes with your subscription will be notified in advance.

We provide a pre-pay credit system similar to an Octopus card. Upon checkout you can decide how much credit you want to add to your account. If you select once-off, you will just pay for your first delivery only, but you can select a larger amount for your convenience. You will pay the total amount you select immediately, and that amount will be added as credit to your van der Bloom account. 48 hours before each delivery your van der Bloom account will be deducted for the next delivery. If there is not enough credit in your account for the next delivery you will receive an email reminder to top up your account if you wish to proceed with the next delivery. You can login anytime to your account and top up your credit. Vice versa you can also ask for a refund of the remaining unused credit anytime.
