(?) how much does it cost for delivery?
For all locations within Hong Kong Island and Kowloon, the delivery cost ranges from HK$50 to HK$180, depending on the district. At the moment, we generally do not deliver to Outer Islands including Discovery Bay.
(?) what if the recipient is not at home or in the office when the flowers are on their way?
You will receive a text message prior to delivery to remind you when the recipient can expect the flowers. If your aware the recipient cannot be there in time to receive the flowers, please let us know in advance, or you could also leave us a Delivery Note on the ordering form above of how we should handle such circumstance in advance. We will attempt to leave the bouquet with the doorman, or reception desk (for office address) where applicable, for convenience. Without the sender's instruction, we would not leave it just outside the recipient's door unattended. However, we would like to avoid any non-delivery which would result in additional rescheduling costs. Redelivering will only be confirmed after the second delivery charge is settled.
