The opportunity
We are looking for an experienced florist to play a leading role within the van der Bloom team. This will be a varied role working closely with the founder to execute and set the vision for the team and work on projects, events and operations.

We are looking to hire:
- 3 Years+ experience as a florist preferably in a retail environment
- Knowledge of flower inventory management, sourcing, and flower conditioning
- Talented floral designer with an understanding of floral design
- Loves interacting with clients & able to work as a team
- Experience in operational management of a florist
- Very organized and self-motivating
