Substitution Policy
Each arrangement is handcrafted using seasonal blooms. While the overall style, color palette, and composition will remain true to the original design, specific flowers or containers may be substituted due to availability.
Any substitutions will always be of equal or higher value.

Flower Care
- To keep your flowers fresh, trim 1–3 cm off the stems at a 45° angle and place them in a clean vase with fresh water and flower food.
- Refresh the water every 1–2 days and re-trim the stems.
- Keep away from direct sunlight, heat, and ripening fruit.
- Remove any wilting blooms promptly.
