All autumn arrangements require a 24 hours pre-order time in advance to ensure tehre is enough time to create the curated design. You can pick up in our Soho from 10:00-20:00 or our K11 Musea store from 11:00-20:00. Delivery is welcome with a delivery fee to be calculated at checkout.

We guarantee all main flowers that have been stated on the description for each arrangements on the order page, however as we aim to adapt to use the freshest and in-season flowers, the rest of the side flowers might alternate according to stock availability.
Our flowers will keep the harmony for each arrangements design and adapt with variations to bring you the best of Autumn.

We provide a pre-pay credit system similar to an Octopus card. Upon checkout you can decide how much credit you want to add to your account. If you select once-off, you will just pay for your first delivery only, but you can select a larger amount for your convenience. You will pay the total amount you select immediately, and that amount will be added as credit to your van der Bloom account. 48 hours before each delivery your van der Bloom account will be deducted for the next delivery. If there is not enough credit in your account for the next delivery you will receive an email reminder to top up your account if you wish to proceed with the next delivery. You can login anytime to your account and top up your credit. Vice versa you can also ask for a refund of the remaining unused credit anytime.
